Last updated October 28, 2026. This page explains in plain words what information we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do.
Who we are
South Florida Holistic is a free directory of independent holistic practices in Palm Beach County, Florida. It is operated by Automeek. You can reach us at [email protected].
Information we compile about practices
Listings are built from publicly available business information: practice name, address, phone number, website and practice type. This information appears on listing pages and in a public data file at /listings.json. A practice can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time on the remove or correct a listing page, and it does not need to claim the listing first. We confirm each request by calling the phone number listed for the practice, and the listing changes only after that call.
Information you give us through our forms
We have four forms. Each one is hosted by our form provider, HighLevel, and shown inside our pages.
- Get listed. Your name, email, phone number, practice name, practice type, city, and optionally a street address, website and short description. You also tick a box to say you own or are authorized to represent the practice.
- Claim a listing. Your name, email, phone number and practice name, plus optional listing link, description, services, hours, website, a photo and a logo. You tick one box for authorization and one giving us permission to show the text and photo you submit on your free listing, after we review them. Please upload only images you own or have permission to use.
- Remove or correct a listing. Your name, email, phone number, practice name, the kind of request, and any details you choose to add.
- Device demo interest. Your name, email, practice name, optionally your phone number and a link to your listing, and a consent box. See the section below.
We do not ask for payment details or health information about any person. Please do not put client or patient information in a form.
How we use it
We use what you send to run the directory: to add or update a listing, to call you to confirm a claim or a removal, to show the description, services, hours, photo and logo you approved, and to answer your questions. When a request is confirmed, our team records the decision in the files that build this site. Our forms do not send you automatic emails or text messages. You see an on-screen thank-you message, and a member of our team follows up by phone.
The device demo opt-in and The Frequency Shift Movement
Some listed practices offer frequency wellness sessions using devices distributed by our operator. After a claim is confirmed, we may send you a link to a separate form about a device demo, and The Frequency Shift Movement follows up on that form. The form is optional and separate from your free listing. Your listing does not depend on it.
The form has a box that reads: "Yes, I'd like The Frequency Shift Movement to contact me about a wellness device demo for my practice. I understand this is separate from my free directory listing." We share your details with The Frequency Shift Movement only if you submit that form. What we pass on is your email, first and last name, phone number if you gave one, practice name, your listing link, and a note saying that you asked to hear about a demo. They will then contact you. The claim form, the get listed form and the remove form do not share your details with them.
Who else handles information
- HighLevel provides our forms and keeps our contact records.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like most hosts, it may log technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and the pages you request.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface on our pages, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on this site. We do not sell personal data.
Email and phone
If we email a practice to invite it to the directory, we will say who is writing, name South Florida Holistic operated by Automeek, include our postal address, and give a working way to opt out. We honor opt-outs. We call practices only to confirm claims and removals and to follow up on their requests. We do not send marketing text messages, and none of our forms asks for text message consent.
Your choices
Anyone may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them. Write to [email protected], or use the remove or correct a listing page for a listing. We offer this to everyone as our own practice. It is a choice we make, and this page does not claim that any particular privacy law applies to us.
How long we keep information, and how we protect it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to run the directory and to keep a record of the requests we have handled. We delete it on request where we are able to. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Children
This directory is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Not medical advice
Listings are provided as a free community resource. They are not endorsements, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Third-party websites linked from a listing have their own privacy practices.
Changes to this page
